2015 Vipassana Retreat Schedule

According to the Chinese Zodiac, this year is the year of the Goat (or Sheep or Ram). I have the notion that the Goat will have to climb a steep hill for a greener pasture. So, this year retreat will start on the 4th of day of Chinese New Year in Peace House. Below is the schedule for the 2015 retreat.

a) Pre-registration for this KKB retreat is required. Walk-ins maybe rejected due to lack of space (or over the limit of number of yogis) 

b) New yogis are strongly advice to come on the first day of retreat and stay at least for 10 days or more.

c) Seasoned yogis (those who do not need basic instructions) are advice to come after 11 Dec if the yogi is able to adjust his/her time of the retreat.

d) Seasoned yogis who wish to stay for the full length of the retreat, of course, could start on the 1st day of the retreat.

e) Seasoned yogis are encouraged to stay at least 7 days or more.

For all the retreats above, new yogis are encouraged to come on the first day of the retreat in order to receive the basic meditation instructions.

Yogis are encouraged to stay 10 days or more (except for Peace House and Wisdom Centre).

Dress code: 
Top: T-shirts, shirts or blouse of plain white without messages or images (Dhamma, pictures, logo, brands etc.)
Bottom: White or dark coloured pants, longyi, sarungs, skirts of a single colour (brown, beige etc) and below knee length,
